Return Period
- You must return your product within 90 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 90 days have passed since your purchase.
Eligibility for Return
- Product Condition Requirements:
- The returned product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
- For poultry farming-specific products (such as feed, farming equipment, etc.), they must be unopened, undamaged, and fit for resale.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of payment (e.g., credit card statement, PayPal transaction ID) is required to complete the return.
- Prohibition: Do not send the product back to the manufacturer; returns must be sent to the specified address.
Non-Returnable Products
- Perishable poultry farming-related products, such as fresh poultry feed (with short shelf life), etc.
- Opened disposable farming hygiene products (such as disinfectant wipes, protective gloves, etc.).
Situations Where Only Partial Refunds Are Granted (if applicable)
- Farming equipment with damage, missing parts, or signs of use not caused by our error.
- Opened informational products such as feed formula manuals, farming technology CDs, etc.
- Products returned more than 90 days after delivery.
Refund Process (if applicable)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Payment-Specific Refund Details:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express): Refunds will be processed to the original card used for payment. Processing times vary by card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).
- PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 1–3 business days.
- Digital Wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay): Refunds will be applied to the payment method linked to your digital wallet. For Apple Pay, provide the last four digits of your virtual card number (found in your device’s Wallet app) to expedite processing.

Sale Items (if applicable)
- Only regularly priced poultry farming products are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange Process (if applicable)
- Exchanges are only offered for products with quality defects or shipping damage (limited to the same product).
- To exchange, please send clear photos showing the product issue to [info@backyards-sun.com] and mail the item to the following address: [info@backyards-sun.com].
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card equal to the value of the returned item. The gift card will be mailed to you after we receive the returned item.
- If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The delivery time of the exchanged product may vary depending on the delivery location.
- If the value of the returned product exceeds $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
